Bio
I am an Assistant Professor in Experimental Economics at the Economics Department of University of Birmingham. I obtained my Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. I have been a Fulbright Visiting PhD Student at the University of Chicago and a Marie Curie Postdoc Fellow at Durham University.
My research interests lie in the area of behavioural and experimental economics, economics of education, public economics and applied microeconomics. I use Lab and Field Experiments to test applications of the economic theory on a wide range of topics: labor, education, pensions, financial economics and social preferences.
In the last ten years I have specialized in using Field Experiments in order to test Economic Theory and Decision Theory.
